Black Women! I Got 3 Secrets to healthy hair🤫

Like so many Black Women, I’ve been dealing with finding the right products for my hair to keep it long and healthy. I’ve spent thousands of dollars looking for the right producFinally I figured it out and I’m about to share it with you (no cost….your welcome 😉).

1 Eliminate Shampoo From your Hair Care routine 😮

Yes I said it! For other races it’s ok but for us its not good.

Shampoo literally strips all of the moisture out of our hair! I thought it was hair products that contained alcohol (I’m still doing my research on that) but when I stopped using shampoo, I immediately saw a dramatic change in the texture of my hair. Wash in hot or warm water, rinse in cold water (cold water locks in moisture) and use tea tree oil for freshness. You hair will be stronger and healthier.

2 Blow Dry your Hair!

I noticed a lot of Us Black Women don’t want to put any heat on our hair and I was the same way. After you rinse your hair, use a wide tooth comb and section it In fours. Then blow dry. When you blow dry your hair, you straighten it out which cause less breakage from tangles.

3 Flat Iron (optional)

There’s nothing wrong with flat ironing your hair as long as you do it the right way. Don’t put any hair products on your hair before blow drying or flat ironing. When you put products on your hair, then put heat to it, that’s how you fry your hair. Put hair products on after you blow dry and flat iron your hair.

Hair Products

I recommend Raw African Shea butter. It moisturizes your hair and gives it a silky smooth texture. Then Chi repair Serum is a good repair serum. For a sleek look, Edge Control will work.

If you have any suggestions (because I’m still learning), leave a comment also, let me know when you try this and your hair is healthy.
